Case History - #1
Dot Com Supplier
A start-up investor only meeting half his obligation caused this children's product company to be seriously under capitalized in its second year. In the same year, it had embarked on an expensive but largely unproductive advertising program. Sales plummeted while at the same time the business was left with only unsaleable inventory.
We have been able to negotiate settlement of the advertising accounts for pennies on the dollar, which is enabling other funds to be introduced to put the company back in business.
